Refund Policies

Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for eBooks, quizzes, and other intangible products sold on the website www.repaper.in. We aim to provide a fair and transparent process for our customers while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Eligibility Period: Customers are eligible for a refund within seven (7) days of the

purchase date. This period is referred to as the “Refund Eligibility Period.”

1.2 Trial Period: For customers who have not purchased the product, a seven (7) day trial period is provided to use the product without charge.

2. Eligible Refund Requests

2.1 Product Issues: Refunds will be granted for the following reasons:

●  Technical issues preventing access to the product.

●  Inaccurate product description.

●  Other issues that substantially impede the customer’s ability to use the product.

2.2 Customer-Requested Refunds: During the Refund Eligibility Period, customers may request a refund for any reason. However, we encourage customers to provide a brief explanation for their request.

3. Refund Exclusions:

3.1 Workshops: Workshops offered on www.repaper.in, or at any educational institute, or at any third-party premises. These are excluded from the refund policy. Paid users may not request refunds for workshops. Instead, they have the option to:

●  Substitute their slot with another verified account user on Repaper.

●  Change their workshop slot to a different available date or time, subject to availability. Note: The Repaper Consultants doesn’t promise the same premise of conducting the

workshop at the time of booking, user who wishes to change the slot must arrange their transportation at their own disposal to attend the workshops.

4. Refund Request Process:

4.1 To request a refund, customers must:

●  Log in to their repaper.in account.

●  Go to the “My Purchases” section.

●  Select the product for which they are requesting a refund.

● Follow the on-screen instructions to submit their refund request.

4.2 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Dispute Resolution:

5.1 In the event of any dispute or disagreement regarding a refund request, customers and repaper.in agreeing to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Please contact our customer support team at support@repaper.in to initiate a resolution process.

6. Changes to this Policy:

6.1 Repaper.in reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any updates.
